We're a fast-growing software company looking for a hands-on marketer to take ownership of marketing campaigns across key UK sectors.

You'll plan, deliver and optimise multi-channel campaigns, create content that resonates with our audiences, and be the driving force behind our digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, launch and optimise digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, PPC, SEO, and display. Build and manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation and performance tracking Manage and grow our social media channels with engaging, relevant content Create compelling copy and assets for blogs, landing pages, ads and wider campaigns Track campaign performance, analyse data, and deliver clear, actionable reports Manage campaign budget and monitor ROI Work with the wider team (sales, operations) and freelancers to ensure campaigns align with business goals. Keep ahead of digital trends and bring fresh ideas into the team.

About You

1-3 years' experience in a digital marketing role or similar. Experience in creating and sending email campaigns Confident using SEO tools, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools. Strong writing skills and comfortable producing content for multiple channels. Organised, target-driven and able to manage multiple projects at once. Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into insights Proactive, curious and excited by digital innovation.
