Digital Creative & Marketing Executive

Location: Dunfermline, Fife

Salary: 30,000 - 40,000 per year (Full Time) plus Bonus

As we scale, we are looking for a talented and driven Digital Creative & Marketing Executive to help us enhance our brand, streamline our systems, and drive growth through digital channels.

Role Overview

This is a hands-on role for someone with creative flair and technical ability. You will be responsible for building, maintaining and managing all aspects of our digital and creative output, across marketing, design, and digital systems.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Campaigns

Pan and deliver successful marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, email, social media and print Support product launches and seasonal promotions with visual assets and content Monitor performance and report on digital marketing activities on Meta and Google
Creative & Design

Help our creative team to design engaging marketing materials for online and offline use including brochures, adverts, signage, and social media graphics Ensure brand consistency across all creative assets Collect, create and edit imagery and basic video content for marketing campaigns
Website & Digital Management

Maintain and update our WordPress and WooCommerce websites Upload content, optimise for SEO, and support blog or landing page builds Manage integrations with tools like CRM systems, live chat, and form automations

What We're Looking For

Ability to build and optimise successful Meta and Google ads Creative and organised with a good eye for branding and design Confident using WordPress, WooCommerce and basic web editing tools Understanding of digital marketing principles and social media trends
