The Air Ambulance Service provides Helicopter Emergency Medical Services (HEMS) and The Children's Air Ambulance (TCAA), delivering life-saving care and paediatric transfers across the UK. Entirely funded by donations, we support the NHS without using its resources, saving lives and improving clinical outcomes.

Annual Salary: 27,500 Per annum + Competitive Benefits

About the Role




The role of the Digital Marketing Exec is the execution of digital marketing campaigns to elevate The Air Ambulance Service (TAAS) brands, including the Children's Air Ambulance, by increasing awareness, engagement, and revenue. This role is focused on creating and delivering impactful digital experiences and driving growth through effective website performance, social media engagement, and digital content strategy. The role will support the growth of TAAS's services by maximising visibility across digital channels and enhancing user experience and engagement through website optimisation.


The Digital Marketing Executive will ensure effective collaboration with other departments to maximise reach and digital revenue generation.





Key Responsibilities

Digital Execution: Implement digital marketing strategies, including social media, website, and email campaigns, to enhance brand awareness and drive revenue. Website Performance Optimisation: Work with the website manager to ensure the website is optimised for search, accessibility, and functionality. Social Media Campaign Delivery: Execute engaging social media campaigns across multiple platforms to expand audience reach and deepen engagement. Content Development: Support the creation of content that aligns with TAAS's objectives, including the production of video, blog, and multimedia content to engage supporters. Audience Engagement: Monitor engagement with audiences on social platforms, fostering meaningful connections and encouraging community building. Trend and Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about digital marketing trends and competitor activity to keep TAAS's digital presence innovative and relevant. Internal Collaboration: Provide regular updates to internal teams on digital activities and collaborate to integrate the digital strategy across various channels, including website and email. Performance Analysis and Reporting: Track, analyse, and report on digital marketing performance, using data insights to refine and optimise strategies. Digital Income Generation: Implement opportunities for digital revenue generation, working closely with fundraising and individual giving teams. Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure all digital activities are compliant with data protection and safeguarding regulations, and uphold best practices in digital marketing.

Person Specification

The role is subject to a Basic DBS check.
