Then we've got the perfect opportunity for you, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to produce high-quality, engagement rich content, promoting our fantastic activities, facilities, members and colleagues within the South Somerset partnership.


This is an exciting role where you will play a major part within the team, driving business growth and supporting South Somerset's sales strategy by enhancing its digital presence and customer engagement through performance-led content marketing.


This role will focus on:

Developing and executing content strategies that support commercial goals and target customer acquisition, retention and lifetime value. Creating and managing high-impact, data-informed digital content for all its facilities, products and services, that resonates with the area's demographic. Monitoring content performance to maximise return on investment and support overarching business and sales objectives. Ensuring digital channels are optimised for reach, engagement, conversion and consistent with both corporate and local brand strategies and business goals.
This is a hands-on role, working closely with centre teams, membership advisors and customer service colleagues to ensure content reflects operational priorities and customer needs across the partnership.

Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday - Sunday



Requirements



Strong business acumen and understanding of digital marketing performance metrics to support business growth across multiple income lines. Experience with analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite). Excellent copywriting, storytelling and editing skills tailored to diverse audiences. Use of editing tools and skills in photographic and video editing. Strong organisational and project management capabilities. Ability to collaborate with wider operational teams to amplify their work in the community of South Somerset and beyond. Results-oriented mindset with a continuous improvement approach. Mobility to travel across sites.
