About Us

We are a design-led organic kids' bedding brand, and we're looking for a creative, proactive Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This is a varied role with a strong focus on creating and testing ads across platforms such as Meta and Pinterest, combined with supporting our customers via email and phone.

The Role

Digital Marketing (Primary Focus):

Create static and video ads using Canva or Adobe tools (Photoshop/Illustrator). Run creative testing on Meta, Pinterest, and other social platforms. Analyse performance and share ideas for improving ad effectiveness. Stay updated on creative trends and test new formats to help grow the brand. Work closely with the team to ensure all visuals reflect our warm, mindful brand aesthetic.
Customer Support:

Respond to customer enquiries via email and phone. Provide friendly, helpful support to ensure a positive experience. Assist with order queries, product questions, and general customer care.
General Brand Support:

Contribute ideas to marketing campaigns and brand development. Support other tasks as needed across the business.

About You

Experience using Canva or Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator. A passion for digital creativity and crafting ads that stand out. Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager or Pinterest Ads is a bonus, but not essential. Strong communication skills and a friendly, solutions-focused approach. Comfortable working in a varied role within a growing brand. Highly organised, proactive, and eager to learn.
