Your Role
You'll support the Marketing Manager in delivering our marketing strategy, with a focus on:
Social Media Management

• Develop and implement strategies across all brands and platforms
• Plan and schedule content in 2-week batches
• Monitor and respond to messages, track engagement, and report on performance

Graphic Design & Branding

• Maintain brand consistency across all materials
• Design and update brochures, briefing packs, and proposals
• Manage ad hoc design projects

Website Management

• Keep content and imagery fresh and relevant
• Publish blogs and thought leadership pieces
• Support SEO and ensure job postings are up to date

Email Marketing

• Assist in campaign creation and performance tracking
• Optimise content for engagement and deliverability

SEO Support

• Help optimise website content for search engines
• Support on-page SEO tasks

Event Marketing

• Assist with PR campaigns and event promotion
• Support logistics and post-event analysis
