We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a digital marketing executive with drive, motivation, focus and energy to join our dynamic team and ensure the successful execution of digital channels and campaigns to generate leads, promote the brand and its products and contribute to overall company growth.

Reporting into the Digital Marketing Manager, the Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for executing the digital marketing strategy, playing a pivotal role in delivering and optimising compelling, multi-channel campaigns across all our digital channels. The role will lead on the tactical execution of campaign activity across web, SEO, digital advertising and social, with the support of a wider team of marketing specialists, leading marketing platforms and tools, and significant budgets.

You\'ll be responsible for:

  • Executing digital marketing campaigns to support brand and product marketing objectives, across our digital channels;
  • Advising on effective digital marketing strategy to discover, assess and target defined audiences (segments and/or personas) to improve targeting and personalisation of campaign activity;
  • Analysing and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns against defined goals (ROI, KPIs) and presenting this insight to the wider marketing team;
  • Optimising website performance and user experience: using web analytics tools to monitor site traffic and tracking usage trends, including number and quality of visitors;
  • Collaborating with the wider team on content creation best practices and the distribution via digital channels, optimising exposure to target audiences, carrying out iterative testing to support continuous improvement;
  • Identifying and analysing digital advertising trends within account in order to optimise spend and performance;
  • Maximising opportunities for demand generation through the website, ensuring content is relevant, up-to-date and easily accessible to existing customers and prospects;
Our ideal candidate is a problem-solver, process-driven with an analytical approach, with proven experience in delivering integrated marketing programmes across digital channels and maximising lead generation, sales pipeline and content marketing performance through cross-channel marketing activities.

Qualifications:
  • Strong B2B marketing experience.
  • Proficiency with an Enterprise MarTech stack, ideally: Oracle Eloqua, Adobe Analytics, Google Search Console, SearchMetrics, AdWords, Microsoft Ads, Salesforce CRM.
  • Experiencing managing a B2B LinkedIn page and paid campaigns is desirable.
  • Experience using marketing automation solutions to build dynamic audience segments and deliver email nurture campaigns. (Eloqua desirable).
  • Experience using and interpreting data within web analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics desirable).
  • Experience in working with internal stakeholders and external agencies in building, launching and reporting on multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
  • Good working knowledge of the best practices across SEO, email marketing, content marketing, social media marketing, website management, paid social and digital advertising.
