Social Media Management & Content Strategy
Content Creation:
Plan, create, and schedule engaging visual content (photography, videography) and compelling copy for all social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram).
Strategy Implementation:
Execute the content strategy to ensure all organic posts align with brand guidelines and drive meaningful engagement, awareness, and traffic.
Community Management:
Monitor social channels daily, engage with the audience, and respond to comments.
META Paid Advertising
Campaign Execution:
Plan, build, and launch optimised paid advertising campaigns across platforms, primarily focusing on
META (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
.
Budget Management:
Monitor campaign spending and ensure Paid Ads are delivered within budget constraints while maximizing Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
Optimization:
Continuously conduct A/B testing on ad creative, audience targeting, and campaign structure to improve key metrics (e.g., Cost Per Click, Click Through Rate, Conversion Rate).
Analytics & Reporting
Performance Analysis (Paid & Organic):
Track, measure, and analyze performance data for all social media (paid and organic) and email marketing activities using relevant tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, CRM).
Reporting:
Prepare and present regular reports (weekly/monthly) on campaign effectiveness, budget utilisation, and overall channel performance to management, providing clear insights and actionable recommendations.
Trend Identification:
Stay current with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates adjust strategies.
Email Marketing & CRM
Campaign Execution:
Design, build, test, and deploy email marketing campaigns (e.g., newsletters, promotional emails, automation) to segmented subscriber lists.
Performance Monitoring:
Analyse email metrics such as open rates, click through rates, and conversion rates, and use data to refine future email strategy.
Database Management:
Assist in maintaining the customer database (CRM) to ensure data accuracy and effective audience segmentation from our third party systems
Collaboration & Website Monitoring
Cross Collaboration:
Work closely with the wider marketing, events team, and creative teams to ensure brand consistency and seamless integration of digital campaigns
Website Monitoring:
Manage and work with the in house developers to support marketing campaigns and ensure SEO optimization.
Experience
Proven experience in digital marketing or related roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
Proficiency in management tools and project management software.
Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Cloud and email marketing platforms.
Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret data to optimise campaigns effectively.
Exceptional copywriting skills with an understanding of B2C marketing strategies.
Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently in a fast paced environment.
IT literacy with familiarity in social media management tools and general digital platforms.
