Job Summary

:
We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Executive to join our team within an exciting, creative industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies, and maintaining our website, to enhance our online presence and drive engagement. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and project management expertise to execute campaigns across various digital platforms.

Key Duties:



Website Maintenance

Monitor and edit website content to ensure all pages remain accurate, current, and relevant. Conduct ongoing reviews of website layout, structure, and user experience, providing recommendations for design, content, and functional improvements.

Organic Social Media

Lead on the creation, scheduling, and publication of engaging content across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Paid Social Media & Google Advertising

Develop, manage, and optimise advertising campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads platforms. Produce campaign reports and insights, providing data-driven recommendations for improvement. Deliver advertising support for both Red Shoe Entertainment's brand awareness campaigns and promotional activity for Red Shoe Entertainment's individual products.

Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)

Continuously monitor, update, and enhance on-site and off-site SEO performance to improve search rankings and visibility. Research and implement best practices for keyword optimisation, metadata, and backlink strategies.

Email Marketing

Support the creation and distribution of targeted email marketing campaigns for both B2C and B2B audiences.

Skills



Proven experience in digital marketing. Must have strong knowledge and experience with Wordpress. Proficient in SEO techniques and tools for optimisation purposes. Experience with design tools to create compelling digital marketing assets. Excellent copywriting skills with a flair for creating compelling content. Familiarity with email marketing best practices and tools. Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and make informed decisions. IT proficiency to navigate various digital tools and platforms efficiently.
