Job Description

The chosen Digital Marketing Executive will work with and report directly to the Director, supporting the firm's overarching online strategy. Your core mission is to elevate Satchell Moran Solicitors' online visibility and authority through expert content creation and robust SEO practices. This role is ideal for an individual who is analytically driven, experienced in search engine optimization, and keen to specialise within the dynamic UK legal sector.

Key Responsibilities



Content Strategy & Creation:

Structure, draft, and optimise high-quality, legally precise content

for the firm's website and associated landing pages (e.g., in-depth articles on

Actions Against the Police

or

Medical Negligence Claims

).

SEO Management:

Perform ongoing on-page and technical SEO audits to maximise organic search performance. Ensure all content aligns with best practices for inclusion in AI Overviews and LLM knowledge bases (clear, structured, fact-based answers).

Performance Reporting:

Analyse and report on all digital marketing performance, including data from search engines (organic traffic, rankings) and the outsourced

PPC/Google Ads campaigns

Client Reputation & Trust:

Monitor and respond to online reviews on platforms such as Trustpilot and Google, reinforcing client care and managing the firm's online reputation.

Market Intelligence:

Conduct in-depth competitor and keyword research to identify high-value opportunities and content gaps within the UK legal market.

Administration:

Complete general digital marketing and administrative duties as required to support the firm's overall strategy.

Experience & Skills



Expert Content:

Proven record of writing and editing professional, authoritative content --preferably within a highly regulated sector--that adheres to SEO best practices.

Technical Proficiency:

Strong familiarity with digital marketing and SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WhatConverts, Google Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMRush, WordPress).

Data Analysis:

Able to analyse performance data (e.g., PPC spend efficiency, organic traffic flow) and translate it into actionable content and optimisation insights.

Communication:

Excellent written communication skills, capable of translating complex legal concepts into clear, jargon-free copy for target audiences.

Professional:

High level of attention to detail, good organisational skills, and a proactive approach to managing multiple content priorities.
Experience SEO: 3 years (preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 35,000.00-40,000.00 per year
