The Role

We're on the lookout for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our expanding Marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who's confident running Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns end-to-end -- from strategy and setup to optimisation and reporting.

You'll be part of a collaborative, experienced team working across the UK and Ireland, with regular touchpoints, a portfolio of brands, and room to stretch your skills and develop your career.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Linked In Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) Develop and deliver full-funnel marketing strategies, including SEO, email, and organic social Collaborate with internal team members to create high-impact campaigns Monitor and optimise campaign performance using GA4, GTM, Meta Pixels, and platform dashboards Prepare regular reports and insights to track KPIs, ROI, and growth opportunities Support with content planning and email marketing Flag risks, performance dips, or opportunities proactively

Required Skills

5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience Proven success managing Google Ads, Linked In Ads & Meta Ads independently Comfortable working with tracking setups (GA4, GTM, pixels, UTM tags) Strong communicator -- written, verbal, and visual Confident coordinating with colleagues, designers, and remote teams Experience with SEO and/or basic design (e.g. Canva, Adobe, Figma) is a bonus Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
