As we continue to grow, we're on the lookout for a strategic and hands-on Digital Marketing Executive to help scale our digital presence and drive brand growth. As our Digital Marketing Executive, you'll play a key role in bringing Box Menswear's digital presence to life. You'll help shape and deliver engaging marketing activity across multiple channels, combining creativity with data-led insight to drive growth. This role is perfect for someone who loves getting stuck in, from crafting content and optimising campaigns to spotting trends and turning ideas into action, all while helping build a standout e-commerce brand online.

Key Responsibilities:



Create and manage organic social content across platforms, supporting audience growth, engagement, and brand visibility. Assist with the execution of digital marketing activity designed to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and ROI. Carry out market research, competitor analysis, and trend monitoring to support campaign planning and creative development. Write and support the creation of blog posts and website content, ensuring alignment with brand tone and SEO best practices. Identify growth opportunities and contribute ideas to improve customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. Collaborate closely with the wider marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all digital channels. Support website optimisation initiatives, including SEO improvements, landing page updates, and content enhancements. Assist with email marketing activity when required, including campaign setup, segmentation support, and performance tracking.

What We Need From You:



Experience working in a digital marketing or e-commerce role, with hands-on exposure to paid and organic social media activity. Strong working knowledge of major social platforms, including

Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook

, with an understanding of how content performs across each. Comfortable working with data, with a good level of confidence using tools such as Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel to analyse results and report on performance. Passion for creating engaging organic content, and tracking their impact through clear metrics and insights. Commercially aware, organised, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Have a working understanding of tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager, with the ability to interpret performance data and identify optimisation opportunities. Experience or familiarity with Shopify and e-commerce platforms is a bonus, but not essential.

What Will Set You Apart:



Experience creating and editing digital content or a portfolio showcasing impactful work. Familiarity with creative tools (ie Photoshop, Canva) is an advantage. Knowledge of AI tools/workflows. Ability to concept and execute creative ideas for campaigns independently. A positive, can-do attitude and collaborative approach to work. A passion for the fashion or menswear industry.

This role is designed to transition into a hybrid work model. For the duration of your probation period, you will be based in the office to ensure a smooth onboarding process and to provide you with all the tools, training, and support needed to excel in your role. After successfully completing your probation, you will have the flexibility to work in a hybrid model, combining remote work with in-office collaboration upon agreement with your manager. The hybrid model works on 3 fixed days in the office with 2 WFH days.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 31,000.00-33,000.00 per year
