Job Summary

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Digital Marketing Executive supports the marketing function across a number of core areas including website management, external communications, analytics and reporting. You will assist with Tiger\'s digital channels, including advertising/PPC campaigns, email newsletters, social media and website content, with a strong focus on SEO. It is your responsibility to maintain quality and consistency across all communications, driving engagement and new business leads.

Working within a collaborative and established team, this is an environment where we work closely together to achieve positive results. We are looking for an all-hands-on-deck person who is happy to jump in and help during busier periods, be that helping out at events, editing a video or coordinating a LinkedIn Live. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who might have one-two years of content writing experience, and is looking to finesse their digital marketing skills across SEO, PPC and content marketing.

Responsibilities

Management of digital channels

• Content creation across:
• Manage and monitor paid advertising, remarketing and PPC campaigns
• Tracking and improving client and candidate journey across digital channels

• Website blog and service pages, with a strong focus on SEO
• Mailchimp newsletters
• Instagram and Tiktok

Analytics and reporting

• Work with the Marketing Manager to set and monitor performance of digital channels
• Collect and analyse data across Tiger\'s website and paid advertising to inform future strategy and development

Skills and experience

Essential

• Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• At least two years in a similar role
• Experience using:

• A CMS, ideally WordPress

Desired

• University degree with digital or marketing focus preferred
• Experience with PPC and remarketing campaigns
• Experience with SEO writing and SEO tools
• Experience with an email marketing tool, ideally MailChimp or similar
• Experience with Google Analytics / GA4
