Digital Marketing Executive

A well-established travel company, known for curating exceptional worldwide holidays, is seeking a talented Digital Marketing Executive to join their London based team. This is a fantastic opportunity to support digital strategy and execution within a small, passionate marketing team. Digital Marketing Executive - Role & Responsibilities:

• Support the development and optimisation of website content and structure via CMS
• Collaborate with digital agencies to drive onsite improvements using data-led insights
• Take ownership of feature testing and regression testing for new digital developments
• Develop and execute CRO and UX strategies to enhance lead conversion
• Support the rollout of digital campaigns across SEO, PPC, Display and Video
• Drive forward the affiliate marketing strategy and partnerships
• Monitor and analyse website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity
• Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity
• Champion brand values and contribute to a diverse, inclusive workplace

Digital Marketing Executive - Skills & Experience Required:

• Proven experience in digital marketing with travel sector experience being desirable
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Passion for emerging digital trends, especially AI and evolving tech landscapes
• Solid understanding of CMS platforms and website management
• Hands-on experience with paid media channels including Search, Display, Social and Video
• Working knowledge of affiliate marketing and CRO tools (e.g. Microsoft Clarity)
• Organised, proactive, and confident communicator
