Digital Marketing Executive - Paid Ads & Email Campaigns
Gittgo Connect is on a mission to grow our community of members and concierge users -- and we're looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to make it happen. This role isn't just about running campaigns -- it's about owning our growth strategy, finding the best ways to bring in new subscribers, and keeping our community engaged.You'll take the lead on paid advertising, email marketing, automations, and newsletters, working alongside our wider marketing team to build a funnel that attracts, converts, and retains members.
What you'll do
Plan, create, and optimise paid ads (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ads) to drive new subscriptions.
Build and send weekly or bi-weekly email newsletters to members and concierge users.
Design and implement email automation flows (onboarding, re-engagement, upsell campaigns).
Segment audiences to ensure the right message reaches the right people.
Monitor campaign performance (click-through rate, cost per lead, conversions) and adjust strategies for maximum impact.
Manage Gittgo Connect's Instagram/LinkedIn presence and support wider digital visibility.
Work closely with our Social Media Executive to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
Bring fresh ideas to the table -- recommending the best strategies to grow our subscriber base.
What we're looking for
Experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on paid ads and email campaigns.
Proven track record of growing subscriptions, leads, or memberships.
Confident in using email marketing tools (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, or similar).
Strong copywriting skills for engaging ads and emails.
Analytical mindset -- comfortable with reporting on ROI and suggesting improvements.
Knowledge of both B2C and B2B marketing is a bonus.
A proactive, "growth" attitude -- you'll tell us what needs doing and make it happen.
