The Role
We're looking for a hands-on, innovative digital marketer who understands how to build and grow a brand in today's fast-changing landscape. From website optimisation and search visibility (including next-gen search platforms like Gemini and AI-driven discovery) to Instagram, TikTok, and influencer marketing, you'll be responsible for developing and executing digital campaigns that engage local and international students across the UK and Europe.
You'll also work closely with our teams in London, Madrid, and other European markets, managing campaigns aimed at both B2C student tenants and B2B co-investors.

Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Campaign Management
Lead end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across owned, paid, and earned channels.
Optimise our B2C student accommodation websites (e.g., Amro Estudiantes and Amro Students) for better visibility, engagement, and conversion.
Drive growth through AI-led search optimisation (including Gemini, Google SGE, and emerging platforms).
Develop and execute paid social and performance marketing campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Content & Social Media
Create engaging, shareable content tailored to international audiences, including short-form videos, reels, and influencer-led campaigns.
Build strong relationships with micro-influencers and student communities, particularly across Europe, China, India, and Latin America.
Develop content calendars that resonate with Gen Z and international students.
Analytics & Optimisation
Use data-driven insights to track campaign performance and identify growth opportunities.
Monitor student acquisition funnels and optimise conversion rates across websites and digital channels.
Keep ahead of emerging tools and trends, especially AI-powered marketing automation.
Collaboration & International Focus
Work closely with the Madrid office and other European teams to deliver consistent, localised campaigns.
Understand cultural nuances and preferences across international markets.
Support broader marketing initiatives targeting investors and stakeholders where required.

About You
Must-Haves
2 years of digital marketing experience in a London-based company, ideally in a fast-paced agency or multi-brand environment.
Strong background in B2C and B2B2C digital marketing, particularly with international audiences straddling diverse cultures and backgrounds.
Hands-on experience with:
SEO & AI-driven search optimisation (Gemini, Google SGE, etc.)
Instagram, TikTok, and influencer marketing
Web & performance analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Search Console, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.)
Content creation (short-form video, reels, and visual-first campaigns)
Comfortable managing multiple personas and campaigns across B2C tenants and B2B co-investors.
Highly tech-savvy and eager to experiment with the latest marketing trends, especially AI in marketing.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject from a recognised UK university.
London based at the time of application.
Nice-to-Haves
Native or fluent Spanish speaker (preferred but not essential).
Experience in student accommodation, property, or lifestyle sectors.
Knowledge of Chinese, Indian, or Latin American student markets.
