We are looking for a motivated, creative and proactive Digital Marketing Executive to support the development, design, marketing, and analytics of our diverse portfolio of websites and digital applications. This role provides an excellent opportunity to work across multiple brands and be instrumental in enhancing digital performance, driving lead generation, and supporting overall revenue growth.
As an SME-style business, we need someone who is flexible, proactive, and eager to contribute across various areas of the business. You'll collaborate closely with several teams--particularly sales--and be comfortable wearing many hats, switching between tasks, and contributing wherever needed to ensure consistent digital delivery and business growth. The role will report directly to the Managing Director.
Key Responsibilities;
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation;
Manage and optimise PPC campaigns across three Google Ads accounts (Secure Data Management & Chatham Archives, UK Archiving)
Conduct keyword research and analyse performance to improve campaign effectiveness.
Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic visibility.
Lead SEO/SEM initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
Support conversion rate optimisation (CRO) across key websites.
Manage and grow the business's LinkedIn presence, including planning, content creation, posting, and performance analysis.
Keen to learn and develop skills in AI-powered marketing tools, trends, and technologies.
Sales Support, CRM & Lead Management;
Work closely with the sales team to optimise lead flow and communication.
Manage and route incoming leads through the CRM, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Maintain CRM data, including updates, reporting, and pipeline tracking.
Monitor sales pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups.
Provide insights and performance reports on leads, conversions, and campaign ROI.
Support sales enablement by creating digital materials, presentations, and visual assets.
Contribute to tender writing, document preparation, and submission processes to support successful bid outcomes.
Email Marketing & Client Communication;
Create and manage email campaigns to generate leads and re-engage inactive prospects.
Produce clear, engaging digital communications using Mailchimp.
Market & Competitor Research;
Monitor industry trends, emerging products, and competitor marketing activity.
Identify new marketing opportunities, channels, and partnership prospects.
Graphic Design;
Produce high-quality visual content using Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and XD.
Create a range of design materials, including:
Archive box artwork and vehicle wrap graphics
Digital client forms
Website and PPC landing pages
Image editing
Staff ID cards
Internal and external signage
Trade show and event collateral
Leaflets and printed marketing materials
Develop digital ads, UI concepts, and promotional assets.
What We're Looking For;
1-3 years' experience in a digital marketing role.
A proactive, adaptable individual who thrives in a hands-on SME environment.
Willingness to support various areas of the business as needed.
Strong experience in digital marketing, analytics, and contributing to sales success.
Experience with Google PPC and SEO.
Familiarity with CRM systems
Confidence working with data, leads, and performance metrics.
Competence with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, XD).
A self-motivated mindset with a strong willingness to learn.
