The Role
We're looking for a creative, autonomous Marketing Executive who can tell our story across digital and offline channels. This isn't a corporate marketing role - we need someone who understands authentic storytelling and can connect with diverse communities through compelling content and strategic campaigns.
You'll work closely with our General Manager whilst having the freedom to execute marketing initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and bookings for our restaurant and key events.
What You'll Do
Digital Marketing & Content Creation:
Develop, execute, and optimise comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms
Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook that authentically represents our brand story
Develop and execute a TikTok strategy to elevate our presence and grow our following
Create trending, shareable TikTok content that showcases our food, culture, and dining experience
Manage content creation and copywriting for website, blog, social media posts, email marketing materials, and newsletters
Develop content calendars aligned with our events and seasonal programming
Film and edit video content showcasing our food, culture, and atmosphere
Schedule posts and engage with followers across all social media platforms
Analyse engagement metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
Work with our design house to brief and coordinate marketing materials
Maintain and update website content ensuring it's current and optimised
Paid Advertising & Analytics:
Plan, execute, and optimise Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns to drive reservations and event bookings
Monitor budgets and performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed
Utilise Google Analytics to monitor website performance, analyse data, and generate actionable insights
Track and report on campaign ROI and key performance indicators
SEO & Online Presence:
Conduct SEO optimisation to improve our search rankings
Optimise website content and Google Business Profile
Monitor online reviews and respond appropriately
Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
Influencer & Partnership Management:
Identify, reach out to, and manage relationships with food influencers and content creators
Coordinate influencer collaborations, kitchen takeovers, and brand ambassador programmes
Build partnerships with corporate clients for group bookings and events
Negotiate collaboration terms and manage influencer visit logistics
Track and report on influencer campaign performance and ROI
Offline Marketing:
Coordinate design and distribution of flyers, direct mail, and local marketing materials
Build relationships with local businesses and community organisations in Mayfair
Develop and manage loyalty card programmes
Network at local events to build brand awareness
Events Support:
Collaborate with our Events Manager to promote private dining, kitchen takeovers, and special programming
Create event-specific marketing campaigns with urgency and compelling messaging
Coordinate pre-event, during-event, and post-event content
Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all marketing initiatives
Project Management:
Manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain brand consistency
Manage multiple projects simultaneously whilst maintaining attention to detail
What We're Looking For
Essential:
Good understanding of TikTok trends, algorithms, and content formats with proven ability to grow TikTok accounts
Experience identifying and collaborating with influencers and content creators
Proven experience in digital marketing with demonstrable results across social media, email, and paid advertising
Hands-on experience running Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling content tailored to target audiences
Proficiency with Google Analytics for data analysis and insight generation
Strong content creation skills - writing, photography, and video editing (particularly short-form video)
Experience with email marketing platforms and newsletter management
Demonstrated project management capabilities with effective time management and organisational skills
Understanding of SEO best practices and website optimisation
Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights for optimisation strategies
Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
Genuine interest in food, culture, and storytelling
Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Comfortable briefing external design agencies and managing creative projects
IT literacy with good understanding of digital tools used in modern marketing practices
Flexibility to work outside standard hours to maintain social media engagement and respond to trends in real-time
Highly Desirable:
Video editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar)
Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop for reviewing and providing feedback on designs
Experience with WordPress or website content management systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Experience in hospitality or restaurant marketing
Existing network of food influencers or content creators
Experience managing influencer budgets and measuring campaign ROI
Understanding of multicultural London communities
Experience in B2B marketing environments

What We Offer
