Duties



Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various platforms including social media, email marketing, and paid advertising campaigns. Manage content creation and optimisation for websites using WordPress and Adobe Photoshop to ensure engaging visual presentation. Conduct SEO audits and implement optimisation techniques to improve search engine rankings. Oversee Google Ads campaigns, analysing performance metrics via Google Analytics to maximise ROI. Create compelling copy for digital content, including blogs, newsletters, and social media posts, ensuring alignment with brand voice. Monitor and manage social media channels to increase engagement and followers through targeted campaigns. Analyse campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement using analysis skills and Microsoft Excel. Coordinate with cross-functional teams on project management tasks related to marketing initiatives. Lead B2B marketing efforts by establishing relationships with partners and clients through strategic outreach. Track industry developments to keep the organisation ahead in digital marketing practices. Prepare reports using Microsoft PowerPoint for internal presentations on campaign results and future strategies.

Skills



Proven experience in management, project management, and leadership within a marketing context. Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media management tools. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, WordPress, Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and IT systems relevant to digital marketing. Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging content tailored for diverse audiences. Analytical mindset with strong analysis skills for interpreting data insights effectively. Effective communication skills in English with the ability to articulate ideas clearly across teams and stakeholders. Organised with excellent time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously within deadlines. Experience in B2B marketing strategies with a focus on relationship building and client engagement. Ability to adapt quickly to new tools or platforms as digital trends evolve. Pay: 11.00-12.45 per hour
