The Role

We're looking for a creative, data-driven, and passionate

Digital Marketing

to join our expanding marketing team. This hybrid role blends digital strategy, content creation, and performance analysis -- ideal for someone who enjoys both the creative and analytical sides of marketing.

You'll work across a variety of e-commerce brands and will play a vital role in shaping our online presence, optimising customer journeys, and driving sales through effective digital marketing and compelling copy.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, social media, PPC, and more). Create engaging and SEO-optimised copy for websites, blogs, and marketing materials. Analyse website traffic, sales data, and campaign performance to identify opportunities for growth. Manage advertising, branding, and promotional campaigns to strengthen brand awareness. Assist in the development of e-commerce and content strategies to improve conversion rates. Collaborate with design, sales, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
Essential Skills and Experience

Strong creative writing and content development experience. Solid understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles. Confident with data analysis and performance metrics. Excellent research skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with e-commerce marketing trends and Google Search Console tools. Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced, creative team.
Desirable

Experience in public relations or link-building campaigns. Degree or experience in Digital Marketing, Journalism, English, or a related field. Knowledge of the vape, CBD, or health food sectors is beneficial.
