Key Responsibilities:

Social Media & Digital Marketing

Design and schedule engaging content for Fundur's LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram pages. Grow our social following and engagement through consistent, on-brand activity. Plan and manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns to generate inbound leads. Monitor campaign performance and optimise for conversions and ROI.

Website & SEO

Maintain and update Fundur's WordPress website, including landing pages, blogs, and case studies. Implement basic on-page SEO to improve organic visibility. Manage customer Typeforms and ensure all leads are captured and routed correctly to our CRM. Collaborate with management to develop new content ideas and optimise website performance with your own allocated budget.

CRM & Email Marketing

Maintain and segment our CRM database of clients and prospects. Create and manage email campaigns to nurture leads and re-engage inactive prospects. Run regular reports to assess marketing performance and recommend improvements.

Market & Competitor Research

Monitor industry trends, emerging funding products, and competitor marketing activity. Identify new marketing opportunities, channels, and partnerships. Support planning and execution of wider marketing events, including expo stands and industry shows.

Essential Skills & Experience

Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, and website maintenance (preferably in a B2B or finance-related environment). Strong understanding of WordPress, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads. Working knowledge of CRM systems and email marketing tools. Strong writing, design, and communication skills with an eye for detail. Proactive, organised, and able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a small team. Commercially minded with an interest in business, finance, and brand growth.

Experience with
