Overview


We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our small team in our Stony Stratford Office.

We need someone who is organised and someone with some previous experience of managing social media accounts for various brands.

We need someone who can be creative and has a flare for designing websites and creating YouTube and social media content.

Applicants should be self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision. Applicants should also be adaptable during busy period to be able to offer support to the rest of the team and be prepared to answer calls and queries from clients.

Applicants should also be capable of creating and presenting performance analysis and create marketing campaign plans and strategies that they can share with the wider team.

Position would suit someone at a junior level looking to gain additional experience in digital marketing.

Responsibilities



Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms including social media, email, and paid advertising channels such as Google Ads. Optimise website content using SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic. Manage content creation and copywriting for various digital assets, ensuring consistency with brand voice and messaging. Oversee social media management, including scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analysing performance metrics. Utilise tools such as Google Analytics and Microsoft Excel to monitor campaign performance, generate reports, and derive insights for optimisation. Coordinate project management activities related to marketing initiatives, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints. Design visual content using Adobe Photoshop to support campaigns and promotional materials. Manage WordPress websites by updating content, plugins, and ensuring site optimisation. Implement email marketing strategies using platforms like Mailchimp or similar tools to nurture leads and maintain customer engagement. Conduct analysis of market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions in B2B marketing efforts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with organisational goals while demonstrating leadership in managing multiple projects simultaneously. Be willing to be adaptable during busy period to be able to offer support to the rest of the team and be prepared to answer calls and queries from clients.

Experience



Some experience in digital marketing management with a some understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media management tools. Demonstrable skills in project management with the ability to handle multiple campaigns efficiently. some Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office suite (WordPress, Excel, PowerPoint), and IT systems relevant to digital marketing activities. Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to craft compelling copy for diverse audiences. Strong organisational skills with exceptional time management capabilities to meet deadlines consistently. Experience in B2B marketing environments is preferred but not essential; a proactive attitude towards learning new skills is essential for success in this role.
