Job Title: Digital Marketing Assistant

About the Role

We're looking for an organised and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Assistant to support our day-to-day online marketing and ecommerce activity. You'll help keep our website, emails, and digital content running smoothly, making sure our customers always get the best experience.

This role is designed for someone who already has some experience in ecommerce, websites, or digital marketing from a previous role, but is ready to step up, learn fast, and grow into a broader digital role. Full training will be provided where needed.

What You'll Do

Website Content & SEO Basics

Upload blogs, product pages, and website updates Make sure page titles, descriptions, and images are accurate Add internal links and keep website information tidy and up to date Help maintain image quality, alt text, and fix broken links

Website Merchandising & User Experience

Update product collections Add promotional badges and create bundles Help set up offers and promotions Check the website on desktop and mobile to make sure everything works correctly

Email Marketing Support

Build and send marketing emails using Klaviyo Check email lists and customer groups Proof emails before sending to ensure accuracy Help update simple automated emails

Reporting & Improvements

Help set up and check basic tracking/events Collect weekly insights and performance updates Assist with simple website tests (e.g trying new page layouts or wording)

Light Social Media Support

Help organise content and asset requests Schedule posts when needed

Customer Service Support

Support the Customer Service team during busy periods Learn how customers interact with our brand Help maintain positive customer experiences

About You

You are:

Highly organised with great attention to detail Comfortable using digital tools Someone with some hands-on experience in ecommerce, websites, or digital marketing from a previous role A strong communicator Someone who enjoys problem-solving Curious, proactive, and ready to learn and grow quickly
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 28,000.00 per year
