We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team and take ownership of our digital presence across multiple student accommodation brands. This is a hands-on role where you will build and grow our social media and digital marketing strategy from the ground up, driving engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation.
The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other emerging channels, with a strong understanding of paid advertising, content creation, and analytics. You will also play a key role in sales-oriented marketing campaigns, ensuring our properties are marketed effectively to students and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities Social Media Management
Develop and implement social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
Create engaging, on-brand content (posts, videos, stories, reels) to drive engagement and follower growth.
Manage paid social campaigns to generate leads and conversions.
Digital Marketing Strategy
Build and execute digital marketing plans for multiple brands under the company portfolio.
Drive traffic and enquiries through targeted campaigns, SEO, and PPC.
Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools, making data-driven recommendations.
Content Creation & Brand Development
Produce creative content tailored to student audiences, including graphics, videos, and blogs.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital channels.
Sales-Oriented Marketing
Collaborate with the lettings team to design and deliver campaigns that convert leads into bookings.
Support seasonal campaigns (e.g., student intake periods) to maximise occupancy.
Analytics & Reporting
Track KPIs such as engagement, reach, conversion rates, and ROI.
Prepare monthly performance reports and suggest improvements.
Essential Skills & Experience
Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management.
Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and paid advertising strategies.
Ability to create engaging content and manage campaigns end-to-end.
Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager).
Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
Highly organised, creative, and able to work independently.
Desirable Skills
Experience in student accommodation, lettings, or property marketing.
Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and email marketing.
Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
