Digital Marketing Executive

Blakely Clothing is an e-commerce fashion brand based in Norwich, designing new products for the global market. After a period of growth, we're looking to further expand our team.

We have an exciting opportunity for a talented and enthusiastic

Digital Marketing Executive

to join our Marketing team. This role offers an incredible chance for someone to build on their experience within an established fashion brand, grow individually, and contribute to the evolution of Blakely's brand.

Responsibilities / Duties:

Oversee daily management of paid advertising accounts, with a primary focus on

Meta

& secondary focus on

Google & Tiktok

. Plan, implement, and optimize campaigns across Metaand Google products. Optimize

international/multi-lingual campaigns

to effectively reach diverse audience segments. Analyse data trends to refine budgets and enhance campaign performance. Help in the production of ad specific content. Create and structure new campaigns, ad groups, and other paid search initiatives. Increase

CTR, quality score, conversions, and conversion rates

while working to reduce CPC. Stay updated on PPC trends, adapting strategies to industry changes. Develop advertising assets that resonate with our target audience, aligning with brand and marketing campaigns. Daily monitoring, analysing, and optimizing campaigns primarily on

Meta

, with

TikTok

and

Google

platforms as additional areas for growth and exploration. Conduct and compile regular competitor analyses, staying updated on competitor visuals and marketing campaigns.

Skills / Requirements:

Experience with Meta

is essential. Knowledge of

TikTok Ads and Google

platforms is a strong bonus. Familiarity with Shopify (preferable but not essential). Strong ability to present creative concepts and marketing strategies. Task-oriented with a proactive approach to deliverables. Eager to learn, develop skills, and contribute to Blakely's growth. Experience within the fashion or creative industry is a plus but not mandatory.

From 25,000.00 - 28,000.00 per year
