Digital Marketing Executive

What You'll Do

As part of our dynamic marketing team, you'll:

Build and manage multi-channel customer journeys that engage, educate, and convert. Create and send marketing emails and letters to our engaged customer base. Develop and report on creative organic campaigns that drive awareness and growth. Work collaboratively with our wider creative team and external agency partners. Manage and optimise CRM activity, ensuring data-driven, targeted communication. Deliver regular performance analysis and insights to key stakeholders. Bring fresh ideas to every campaign -- we value creativity, initiative, and original thinking.

What We're Looking For

Minimum

2 years' experience

in a digital marketing executive or similar role. Strong understanding of CRM systems and email marketing. Experience creating engaging content and campaigns across digital platforms. Confident in reporting, analytics, and performance planning. A proactive, creative self-starter who thrives both independently and collaboratively.
