ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a smart, ambitious Digital Marketing Executive to plan, create and deliver engaging digital campaigns across social media and email marketing. This role sits at the heart of our marketing activity, supporting brand awareness, lead generation, and client engagement through well-executed, measurable campaigns.
You'll be hands on with content creation, scheduling, email campaigns, and performance reporting, working closely with the wider team to deliver real ROI.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As Digital Marketing Executive, you will be accountable for planning, creating and delivering engaging digital campaigns across social media and email marketing.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Social Media Marketing
Plan, create, and schedule content across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
Write engaging, on-brand captions aligned to campaign goals
Manage content calendars for multiple brands or clients
Monitor comments, messages, and basic community engagement
Track performance and provide insights on what's working (and what's not)
Email Marketing
Build and send email campaigns (newsletters, promos, automated flows)
Write compelling subject lines and email copy
Manage email lists, segmentation, and basic CRM hygiene
Support campaign planning for lead nurturing and client communications
Monitor open rates, CTRs, and conversions, optimising accordingly.
Video Content & Social Trends
Confidently capture, edit, and publish short-form video content using a smartphone for use across social platforms (e.g. Reels, Stories, Shorts, TikTok, LinkedIn video)
Stay up to date with emerging social media trends, platform updates, and content formats, with the agility to quickly and appropriately apply relevant trends to client and brand content
Proactively identify opportunities for timely, reactive content that aligns with brand tone, campaign goals, and audience behaviour
Work closely with the wider team to ensure video content is optimised for each platform's best practices.
Campaign & Content Support
Support integrated campaigns across social, email, and web
Work with designers to brief visuals and assets
Repurpose content across platforms and formats
Ensure brand tone and messaging consistency.
Reporting & Optimisation
Produce simple, clear performance reports
Use insights to improve future campaigns
Support A/B testing for email and content formats.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Experience
: Minimum 1-2 years in digital marketing with a proven track record in social media and e-mail marketing. Strong copywriting skills with experience crafting content for diverse audiences.
B2B Marketing
: Background in B2B marketing is highly desirable.
Conversion Optimisation
: Skilled in conversion rate optimisation and performance funnels.
Design Software
: Competency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is an advantage.
Organisational Skills
: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
Communication
: Excellent written and verbal skills with a team-oriented mindset.
Driving Licence:
Ability to travel to client sites is essential.
