Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in executing marketing activities to enhance brand awareness and increase inbound enquiries.

As our organisation grows, you will play a pivotal role in consolidating the marketing function alongside the Marketing Manager. This is a hands-on role where you will support the Marketing and Communications Manager across a variety of marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, content creation, and CRM management.

You will also be responsible for ensuring that customer data is accurate and up to date within the CRM, finance, and other key systems, enabling effective marketing campaigns and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities



Marketing Execution:

Assist in executing multi-channel marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate inbound leads. Manage and update the company website with fresh, relevant content. Create engaging content for blogs, social media, newsletters, and email marketing. Design and schedule social media posts across LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook. Monitor and respond to social media engagement, building relationships with key stakeholders. Assist in producing marketing collateral, such as presentations, brochures, and infographics. Support the planning and execution of webinars, trade shows, and events. Lead the content and management of the company newsletter. Assist the Marketing Manager with robust analytical setup using Google Analytics, Hubspot and Google Search Console.
CRM & Data Management:

Ensure all customer data is accurate and maintained in the CRM and finance systems. Segment customer data for targeted marketing campaigns. Work with the sales team to ensure leads are properly tracked and nurtured. Generate reports on marketing campaign performance and customer insights.
Email & Digital Marketing:

Assist in the creation, testing, and sending of email campaigns using the company's email marketing software. Monitor email engagement rates, track performance, and suggest improvements. Support SEO and paid advertising initiatives, including Google Ads and social media ads.
Market Research & Insights:

Conduct competitor analysis and report on industry trends. Identify opportunities for new content, partnerships, and PR exposure, including mining product data to create PR coverage and publicity. Monitor and analyse website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot.

Role Requirements



Education & Experience:

Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) and/or Chartered Institute of Marketing qualifications Lv4 - 7 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role, ideally in EdTech, SaaS, or a B2B setting. Experience with CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools is preferred.
Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation. Strong understanding of marketing as a business philosophy and its applications as a tool for growth and communication through departments. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Detail-oriented and analytical mindset, comfortable with data management and reporting. Proficiency in tools like Canva, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, and social media platforms. Creative thinker with an eagerness to learn and contribute to a fast-paced team.

Pay: 25,000.00-30,000.00 per year
