As a Digital Marketing Executive
,
you will support the development and delivery of impactful digital marketing activity from concept through execution. Our international marketing team is looking for a hands-on, creative Digital Marketing Executive who enjoys crafting engaging content, working closely with stakeholders, and optimizing campaigns to drive real results across international B2B markets.
Reporting to the International Marketing Manager, you'll play an active role in building brand visibility, supporting lead generation, and contributing to measurable business growth. If you bring strong digital marketing skills, a creative yet analytical mindset, and enjoy working with a high degree of ownership in a fast-paced, international environment, this role could be a great fit for you!
What You'll Do

Plan, create, and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across international markets
Take ownership of PGT's LinkedIn presence, growing followers, driving engagement, and establishing a credible, trusted B2B voice
Execute and optimise email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp or similar platforms to support lead nurturing and regional growth initiatives
Maintain and enhance the PGT website, including publishing SEO-optimised content, creating landing pages, and building lead-capture forms
Create written and visual digital content for social, web, and email campaigns, working within established global brand templates
Support digital promotion for international events and trade shows (e.g. Intersec Dubai), helping to drive awareness and attendance
Monitor, analyse, and report on digital campaign performance, using data and insights to continuously optimise activity
Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels and content, aligning closely with global brand guidelines
Collaborate with regional sales and business teams to ensure content reflects local market needs and supports commercial priorities
Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support team goals and project milestones
What You Bring

Experience That Drives Success
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a digital marketing, content, or campaign execution role, ideally within B2B or international markets
Strong understanding of digital content strategy, branding, and lead generation across multiple regions
Confident planning and executing campaigns end-to-end, with a focus on measurable outcomes
Platform and software experience (LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Mailchip, website CMS platforms, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, social scheduling and management tools)
Familiarity with AI assisted tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar)
Exposure to AI-enabled features in CRM is a plus

Location

This is a full-time, hybrid opportunity based out of our Portsmouth, UK location. The expected schedule is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, but an occasional shift in hours may be necessary to accommodate project schedules.
