Bowker Motor Group is one of the North West's most established and respected family-owned automotive groups, representing some of the world's most prestigious brands including BMW, MINI and Porsche. Known for award-winning marketing with a forward-thinking approach to digital, we are now expanding our Group marketing team with the addition of a new Digital Marketing Executive.


This role offers the opportunity to contribute to group-wide digital activity across multiple premium brands, working within a high-performing team that delivers innovative, insight-driven campaigns for the Group's dealerships across Lancashire and Greater Manchester.


The Role:




This is a key role supporting the development, delivery and optimisation of the digital marketing channels. You will work closely with the Marketing team to help ensure our campaigns run efficiently and achieve meaningful commercial impact delivering active lead generation.


Work across a wide blend of touchpoints including paid social, search, web content, analytics and digital asset delivery Set-up and monitoring of paid social and paid search activity across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and Google Support agency partners with campaign set-up, QA and performance reviews Help manage assets, track creative performance and schedule refreshes in line with brand guidelines Liaise with internal teams and partner agencies to brief and organise new campaigns Track engagement, feedback and digital behaviours across channels to identify opportunities Support of updates to websites, basic SEO tasks, link management and UTM tracking Manage tracking links, pixels and performance updates where required

This new position will be based within the existing Marketing Team, on site, in our office on Preston Docklands. It's the hub where we collaborate, create and celebrate as a team! Working days are Monday - Friday, 8.30am to 5pm.


Skills & Experience:




1-2 years' experience in digital marketing or performance marketing Understanding of Meta/TikTok/LinkedIn/Google Ads platforms. Certification would be advantageous A strong interest in creative performance and what drives engagement and conversion Excellent organisation and attention to detail Confident working with spreadsheets, dashboards and campaign management tools A proactive mindset and willingness to learn across multiple automotive brands Appreciation and understanding of luxury retail brands
