Digital Marketing Executive
to help strengthen our digital presence and global bran awareness, increase engagement, and support our expanding international community of learners.
Position Summary and Role Overview
We are seeking a Marketing Executive to take ownership of digital marketing execution across our international brands and websites. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role suited to a commercially minded marketer who can manage campaigns end-to-end while maintaining strong brand consistency across multiple countries.
You will be responsible for planning, executing, analysing, and optimising digital marketing activity across social media, email marketing, websites, SEO, paid advertising, analytics, and events, while working closely with Managing Directors and junior team members.
This role is fully office-based and offers real progression within a scaling international business.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Social Media
Create and manage annual and monthly content calendars for product launches, training programmes, and hero offers, tailored per country
Support content creation including graphics, short-form video, and written posts aligned with the brand voice.
Monitor social engagement metrics and contribute to strategy improvements.
Utilise Adobe Photoshop for creating visual content that supports marketing campaigns.
Monitor trends, performance, and competitor activity across international markets to optimise engagement and reach
Guide junior team members and external creatives to ensure quality and consistency
Digital Strategy & Campaign Management, Ensure all campaigns are delivered on time, to brief, and aligned with brand guidelines
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns aligned with sales and business objectives across all international markets
Plan and manage integrated campaigns across social media, email marketing, websites, and paid advertising (Meta/Instagram & Google Ads)
Maintain consistent brand voice, positioning, and premium visual identity across all platforms and countries
Collaborate cross-functionally with customer service, sales, and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer journey
Support go-to-market strategies for launches, promotions, and international growth initiatives
Website & SEO
Manage and optimise website content across all international websites to improve user experience, SEO performance, and conversions
Work with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Elementor, and Shopify to build and update landing pages

Work with the team to optimise content for search engines and improve organic visibility on all our UK and international websites
Analyse customer journeys and implement improvements to increase enquiries and course enrolments
Demonstrate leadership in managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards through excellent time management.
Ensure all international digital listings (Google Business, Yelp, Tripadvisor, etc.) are accurate and on-brand
Support ongoing SEO improvements and performance tracking using Google Analytics
Email Marketing & Campaigns
Plan, write, and deliver email campaigns, newsletters, and automated journeys
Segment audiences by country and behaviour to ensure relevant, compliant communication
Monitor campaign performance and report key metrics to the marketing team.
Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deadlines through effective project management.
Use CRM data to support lead nurturing, retention, and lifetime value growth
Work with platforms such as Mailchimp and Monday.com
Analytics & Reporting
Track website and social media performance using analytics tools.
Monitor KPIs including traffic, engagement, conversion rates, ROI, and sales leads
Monitor social media engagement, trends, and competitor activity across international markets to refine strategies and identify opportunities for sales leads.
Assist with general marketing tasks including basic market research, competitor analysis, and event promotion.
Conduct market research to identify trends and insights that can be leveraged in B2B marketing initiatives.
Conduct regular competitor analysis with clear recommendations and insights
Lead email marketing campaigns by designing templates, segmenting audiences, and tracking performance metrics.
Prepare regular reports to evaluate campaign performance and identify areas for improvement and prepare detailed reports to inform future strategies, reporting all information for weekly managing directors meetings and monthly stake holders meetings in a powerpoint presentation format as well as an end of week report sent in jot form format to Managing Directors
Events & International Activity
Support and promote exhibitions, events, launches, pop-ups, and brand activations across all countries
Assist with influencer management, brand ambassadors, giveaways, and post-event follow-ups
Attend events and exhibitions in the UK and occasionally abroad (some weekend work may be required)
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years' experience in digital marketing, social media.
Strong writing and communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
Proficiency with social media platforms and scheduling tools.
Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp) and basic analytics.
Experience with graphic creation tools such as Canva and similar.
Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
Proven experience in digital marketing or related roles with a strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media management.
Proficiency in WordPress, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), and IT tools relevant to digital marketing activities.
Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to craft compelling copy for diverse audiences.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively under tight deadlines.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data insights and translate them into actionable strategies.
Experience in B2B marketing and project management is highly desirable.
Demonstrated leadership qualities with the capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
