Position Summary and Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded
Digital Marketing Executive
to lead and execute our digital marketing strategy across global markets. This is a hands-on experienced role, ideal for someone who can both plan and deliver high-quality digital campaigns while driving measurable growth in brand awareness, leads, and sales.
You will take ownership of digital performance across web, social, email, and paid channels, ensuring consistent branding and strong ROI while supporting product launches, training programmes, and international expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Campaign Management
Develop and execute the digital marketing strategy across global markets, aligned with business and sales objectives ensuring all delegated work is completed accoprding to campaign guidelines and in a timely manner, developing and refining the brand positioning, voice, and visual identity
Plan and manage integrated campaigns across social media, email marketing, website content, and paid advertising, execute with junior staff members ensuring quality assurance is taking place regulary
Create and manage content calendars to support product launches, training programmes, and hero offerings, planning campaigns throughout the year accourding to country guidelines for our international companies
Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints, reflecting Japanese-inspired aesthetics and premium positioning across all company websites
Content & Social Media
Oversee and create high-quality written, visual, and video content across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and others
Lead the go-to-market strategy for the grand opening, including pre-launch awareness, teaser campaigns, opening events, and local PR outreach.
Work cross-functionally with spa operations, customer service, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
Coordinate the creation of launch assets: signage, packaging, menus, digital creatives, etc.
Monitor performance, trends, and competitor activity to continuously optimise content and engagement
Guide junior team members and external creatives where applicable
Website & Conversion Optimisation
Manage and optimise website content to improve user experience, SEO performance, and conversion rates
Work with CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress/Shopify) to support campaign landing pages and updates
Analyse customer journeys and implement improvements to increase enquiries and sales
Collaborate with global web and development teams to implement updates, troubleshoot issues, and enhance user experience
Ensure all international digital platforms (Google Business, Yelp, Tripadvisor, etc.) are accurate and aligned with brand standards
Assist with SEO improvements, performance tracking, and Google Analytics
Email Marketing & CRM
Plan and deliver targeted email campaigns, newsletters, and automated journeys
Segment audiences across international markets to ensure relevant and compliant communication
Use CRM data to support lead nurturing, retention, and lifetime value growth
Analytics, Performance and Reporting
Track, analyse, and report on digital performance using analytics tools
Monitor KPIs including traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI
Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership to inform decision-making
Reporting for all countries websites seperatly in a weekly Managing Director meeting and monthly stake holder meeting via powerpoint presentations
Regular competitor analysis with recomendations included in weekly reports
End of week report to Managing Directors via a Jot Form
Events & Client Engagement
Help organize and promote exhibitions, events, product launches, pop-up experiences, and wellness activities for all countries, attending events and exhibitions that may require you to travel abroad from time to time. This may also fall over weekends.
Assist with RSVP management, Brand ambassadors/ influencers, giveaways, and post-event follow-up communications
Required Experience & Skills
Essential:
Proven experience in a digital marketing role for at least 3 years, ideally within beauty, wellness, hospitality, or training sectors
Strong understanding of digital channels including social media, email marketing, campaign planning, SEO, and paid advertising, Meta/IG, Google Ads
Experience managing websites and CMS platforms (WordPress and Elementor/Shopify experience preferred)
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse performance and optimise campaigns
Excellent written communication and storytelling skills alongside a good understanding of where and when to implement AI technology
Experience marketing to international or multi-market audiences
Familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing automation, ideally Monday.com
Photography, videography, or graphic design skills
Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail
Creative, proactive, and commercially focused
Confident working at a fast paced scaling business
Passionate about digital trends, branding, and customer experience
Monitor and analyze marketing KPIs to improve campaign performance.
Self-starter with project management skills and a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude.
