We're looking for a talented and driven Digital Marketing Executive to bring creativity and expertise to our team. The Role:
As Digital Marketing Executive, you'll take on a varied and exciting role, balancing creativity with operational efficiency. You will be based in the Sheffield office. However, you will work with colleagues across our other branches, with local travel required. Working closely with our Head of Marketing and our PR & Marketing agency, Chapter II, you'll be responsible for:
Copywriting:
Producing engaging content and compelling stories for our website, lifestyle magazine, email campaigns, and marketing literature.
Social Media Management:
Creating and scheduling innovative written and multimedia content (including filming and editing short-form video for Reels - organic and paid for) to engage with a range of audiences across all Redbrik social platforms.
Email Marketing:
Creating, collaborating and delivering email campaigns via our CRM platform, to reach our extensive database at key touchpoints throughout their home moving journey.
Direct Marketing & Prospecting:
Managing marketing campaigns and supporting our branch colleagues to promote Redbrik's services and drive good quality leads to attract clients.
Operational Support:
Ensuring physical office displays are well-maintained, relevant, aligned to our client journey and consistently branded.
Collaborative Projects:
Working with Chapter II for design, PR, and video production to deliver high-quality campaigns.
Tech Integration:
Utilising various software and collaboration tools such as CRMs, content management systems, Slack and Canva to create and deliver efficient and innovative campaigns.
Brand Guardian:
Ensuring that our Redbrik brand is applied consistently and in accordance with our visual identity guidelines at all times.
About You:
We're looking for someone who:
Is an experienced, confident and creative thinker and copywriter, who understands how to optimise content style to engage with audiences across a multitude of different channels (such as social captions, blogs and email marketing content).
Has knowledge of and experience in crafting optimised content for SEO / GEO.
Has an analytical mindset and is able to source and apply relevant data to craft engaging strategies and measure their performance against KPIs.
Has a keen eye for detail and a creative mindset. You'll be competent in Canva (or similar design package), with a good design instinct and confidence in upholding brand integrity whilst pushing creative boundaries across all marketing channels.
Has experience in property/estate agency marketing (preferred but not essential).
Is tech-savvy and comfortable learning and adapting to new tools and platforms and is highly in-tune with social media and marketing trends.
Cares, takes pride in their work, and is passionate and committed to creating outstanding outcomes.
Has excellent organisation and time-management skills and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Is a strong collaborator and is able to manage multiple projects whilst maintaining an outstanding quality of work.
Desired Qualifications:
A degree in marketing, creative advertising, communications, or a related field is preferred. However, we will also consider equivalent practical experience in marketing or a related role.
