Digital Marketing Executive
Salary: 30,000-35,000
Locatoion: Skelmersdale (Hybrid - 3 days in office)
We're looking for a Marketing Executive to join a dynamic and fast-growing business that operates across both B2B and B2C markets - covering Lead Generation and Ecommerce. If you're passionate about Paid and Organic LinkedIn and YouTube marketing, and want to drive real growth across multiple channels, this is an exciting opportunity to take the lead.
The Role
You'll be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimising digital campaigns that deliver measurable results. You'll have ownership of LinkedIn and YouTube strategies - both paid and organic - as well as involvement in wider multi-channel campaigns to support sales and customer growth.
Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute and optimise Paid and Organic campaigns across LinkedIn and YouTube
• Analyse campaign data to measure ROI and identify opportunities for optimisation
• Collaborate with creative, ecommerce and insights teams to improve campaign performance
• Conduct A/B testing and report on key performance metrics
• Support broader digital activity including SEO, PPC, and Email Marketing

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience running LinkedIn and YouTube campaigns (Paid & Organic)
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO and PPC
• Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable strategies
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Commercially minded with a focus on driving results
