The role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who enjoys creating engaging content but is equally comfortable organising campaigns, managing timelines and making sure activity delivers real value.

This is a balanced role that combines creative input with structured marketing delivery. You will help shape content ideas, bring campaigns to life and ensure everything is planned, scheduled and executed with care.

Email marketing is a core part of this role. You will be responsible for building, managing and improving email campaigns and automations across a range of clients.

This role suits someone who enjoys variety, thinks clearly, and takes satisfaction in seeing well run campaigns come together.

What you will be doing

Campaign planning and delivery

- Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns across email, social and digital channels, ensuring activity is clearly structured and delivered on time.

Email marketing and automation

- Design, build and send email campaigns using Brevo. Create automated journeys, segment audiences and continuously improve performance through testing and optimisation.

Content creation with purpose

- Help develop content ideas, write and shape messaging, and work with designers and creatives to produce content that fits each campaign and audience.

Marketing organisation

- Manage content calendars, campaign schedules and internal workflows so marketing activity stays consistent and organised.

Social media coordination

- Schedule and manage social media content across multiple brands, ensuring posts are aligned with wider campaign plans rather than reactive or ad hoc.

Website updates

- Support basic WordPress tasks such as posting blogs, updating content and managing imagery where needed.

Performance support

- Assist with tracking campaign performance and preparing clear summaries to support ongoing improvements.

Team collaboration

- Work closely with the Group Marketing Manager and wider team, keeping communication clear, proactive and well organised.

What we are looking for

At least 3 years experience in digital marketing, ideally within an agency environment Strong experience with email marketing platforms, Brevo experience is highly desirable A natural balance of creativity and organisation Confidence managing multiple campaigns and priorities at the same time Strong written communication and attention to detail Comfortable working collaboratively with designers and creatives WordPress knowledge is useful but not essential
