The role





The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for managing the business' digital footprint across multiple platforms. You will play a key role in promoting our property developments, increasing website traffic, and generating qualified leads through digital channels.

Online Platform Management:

Work with Development Marketing Managers and appointed media agency to plan, book, measure and optimise digital media campaigns. Manage updates to MyHomePlus for each phase launch and work with Customer Experience and sales teams to increase customer sign-ups. Work with Development Marketing Managers to ensure portal listings most effectively showcase our developments and follow best practice guidance. Maintain and update development Google My Business and HomeViews, working with Customer Experience and Customer Service teams to formulate and post responses as required. Work with BG Creative teams and appointed agencies to monitor and optimise digital campaign performance to meet KPIs. Own digital marketing checklists and work with sales and marketing teams to ensure that actions are closed out.

Email Marketing:

Manage a group wide EDM schedule and roll out to sales databases, acting as brand guardian and monitoring effectiveness. A/B test subject lines and content, working with BG Creative and Development Marketing Managers to optimise effectiveness.

Social Media Marketing:

Manage monthly social media calendar across all sites, ensuring content is engaging, aligned and on-brand. Monitor engagement, respond to queries, and track performance metrics. Suggest ways to increase engagement.

Website & SEO:

Managing development and corporate web pages and online portals to ensure information is accurate and up to date, and working with Berkeley Group teams to enhance and improve. Collaborate with Development Marketing Managers and web team to improve UX and lead conversion across development web pages.

Content Creation:

Assist in developing digital content such as blog posts, newsletters, videos and virtual tours. Coordinate with design teams or agencies for visual content as required.

Analytics & Reporting:

Use available reporting tools to track campaign performance. Prepare regular reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Change & Adoption:

Drive adoption of new digital tools and platforms, in conjunction with Group Digital teams. Provide training, guidance, and documentation to ensure successful usage. Champion innovation in digital marketing approaches within the property sector.

Experience required



Skills

Strong understanding of digital lead generation and sales funnels. Excellent copywriting and content creation skills. Ability to effectively present information and produce reports. Ability to work logically, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines. Thorough, accurate and an excellent eye for detail. Effective listening and communication skills. Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
