About Us

Home Me Mortgages is a fast-growing, modern mortgage brokerage based in the Thames Valley. We help first-time buyers, home movers, and professionals secure the right mortgage with clear advice and a high-quality customer experience.

We're building a strong digital presence and smarter internal systems -- and we're looking for a motivated Digital Marketing Intern to support our SEO and CRM activity while gaining hands-on, real-world experience.

The Role

This is a

6-month internship

, designed to give you practical exposure to digital marketing in a growing business. At the end of the internship, we'll assess performance and business needs to determine whether there is an opportunity to continue in a longer-term role.

You'll work closely with the founder and wider team, supporting SEO initiatives and helping manage and improve our CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities:

SEO & Website Support

Assist with on-page SEO (meta titles, descriptions, headers, internal linking) Carry out keyword research and competitor analysis Support content optimisation for landing pages and blog posts Monitor SEO performance using tools such as Google Search Console and Google Analytics Help identify opportunities to improve local SEO visibility

CRM & Systems Support

Help manage and maintain our CRM system Ensure leads and customer data are accurately logged and kept up to date Support basic automation, tagging, and pipeline organisation Assist with reporting on lead sources and marketing performance Help improve internal processes and data cleanliness

General Marketing Support

Support digital campaigns across email and website channels Assist with basic reporting and performance tracking Provide ad-hoc support on marketing projects as the business grows

What We're Looking For

A student, graduate, or career-starter interested in digital marketing Strong interest in SEO, digital growth, and online performance Comfortable working with systems, data, and spreadsheets Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive Willing to learn and take ownership of tasks Basic knowledge of SEO or CRM tools is a bonus, but not essential
