family-run, specialist Water Aeration and Water Fountain Manufacturing company

based in

Great Yarmouth

, and we're looking for an

outgoing, creative, and self-motivated Marketing Lead

to join our small team and help us take our brand to the next level.

This is a unique opportunity to take full ownership of the marketing function -- from SEO and digital campaigns to printed materials and exhibitions -- with the freedom to shape and grow the role as the business expands.

We're Hiring: Marketing Lead (Full-Time)


Location:

Great Yarmouth, Norfolk (Office-based)

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm (1 hour unpaid lunch)

Salary:

Starting from 27,700 per year

Start Date:

September 2025

Contract Type:

Full-time, Permanent (6-month probationary period)

About the Role:

You'll be the driving force behind our online and offline presence, responsible for growing awareness, engagement, and visibility across multiple channels. We know this is a broad role for one person, and we don't expect you to be perfect at everything from day one -- what matters most is motivation, adaptability, and the drive to help us grow. As we expand, we plan to grow the marketing team, and your contributions to that growth will be

valued and rewarded

as much as we can as a small but ambitious company.

As with any small business, we all pitch in where needed -- so while your primary focus will be marketing, there may be times when you're asked to assist with general admin or support other departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and implement a full-scale marketing strategy (digital and traditional) Lead on all

SEO efforts

, including technical, on-page and off-page optimisation Manage and update company websites (primarily using

Webflow

) with new content, case studies, and innovations Plan and execute campaigns across

Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google, and Twitter

Use

Notion

to plan and track marketing activities, campaigns, and team collaboration Produce and design marketing content using

Adobe Creative Suite

(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) Write clear and engaging blog posts, newsletters, product descriptions, and marketing copy Track and report on performance metrics, lead generation, and ROI Create physical marketing assets including brochures, labels, spec sheets, and exhibition displays Manage and maintain consistent brand messaging across all channels Liaise with freelancers, suppliers, and exhibition organisers where required
Additional Duties:

As a key team member, you may also be asked to:

Answer and direct incoming calls or take messages Accept deliveries and perform light admin duties when needed Help prepare for trade shows or assist with packaging, customer queries, or logistics
About You:

We're looking for someone who is:

Experienced in marketing (ideally 1+ year in a hands-on or small business setting) Confident in managing projects independently from concept to delivery Skilled/able to use

Knowledgeable in

technical SEO

, analytics, and performance tracking Organised, efficient, and capable of juggling multiple priorities Friendly, outgoing, and collaborative Creative and enthusiastic about branding and storytelling Comfortable with general IT tasks and Microsoft Office packages Willing to learn and develop with the role as the company grows
Education & Experience:

GCSE or equivalent (preferred) Minimum 1 year marketing experience (preferred)
