We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing initiatives. Duties



Develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies across multiple channels including SEO, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising campaigns such as Google Ads. Manage and optimise website content using WordPress, ensuring alignment with SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings. Oversee social media management by creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and analysing performance metrics to maximise reach and engagement. Conduct market research and analyse data using Google Analytics and Microsoft Excel to identify trends, measure campaign effectiveness, and inform future strategies. Lead project management efforts for marketing campaigns, coordinating with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely delivery of objectives. Create compelling copy for digital content including blogs, newsletters, advertisements, and landing pages that resonate with target audiences. Utilise Adobe Photoshop for visual content creation and editing to support branding initiatives. Manage email marketing campaigns by designing templates, segmenting audiences, and tracking performance metrics to optimise engagement rates. Drive B2B marketing efforts by developing targeted campaigns aimed at corporate clients and partners. Provide leadership within the marketing team by mentoring junior staff, managing workloads effectively, and fostering a collaborative environment. Maintain organisational standards by ensuring all digital assets are consistent with brand guidelines and company policies.

Experience



Proven management experience in digital marketing roles with a track record of successful campaign execution. Strong knowledge of SEO techniques, Google Ads platform, Google Analytics, and social media management tools. Proficiency in WordPress CMS along with Adobe Photoshop for content creation. Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret data insights into actionable strategies. Skilled copywriter capable of producing clear, persuasive content tailored to various audiences. Experience in email marketing platforms and B2B marketing strategies is desirable. Demonstrated leadership qualities with effective communication skills in English; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) is essential. Organisational skills combined with time management abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously within deadlines.
