About the Role
You will oversee the full digital marketing function, including content strategy, social media, paid advertising, CRM, email marketing, analytics, website optimisation and reputation management. Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a clear digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals
Manage and grow our presence across social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube)
Oversee paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and other relevant platforms
Create and schedule high-quality content, including short-form video, reels, stories, and static posts
Manage email marketing, CRM segmentation, automations, and reporting
Work closely with the founders to shape brand positioning and messaging
Analyse performance data and provide weekly/monthly reports with insights and recommendations
Manage website updates, landing pages, SEO improvements, and conversion optimisation
Coordinate with designers, agencies, and freelancers when required
Keep up to date with digital trends and identify new opportunities for growth
Manage online reputation across Google, Trustpilot, social media, and review platforms, ensuring timely responses and a consistent, positive brand image
About You
3+ years of digital marketing experience (ideally in e-commerce, luxury goods, collectibles, or related fields)
Strong understanding of social media algorithms, content trends, and paid media
Confident creating basic content (e.g., reels, short-form edits, Canva graphics)
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimise campaigns
Knowledge of Shopify, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and CRM platforms (e.g., GoHighLevel, HubSpot) is beneficial
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects at once
Comfortable working on-site in Ascot (SL5)
