To support this evolution, we're hiring a

Marketing Operations & Execution Specialist

You'll work closely with our

Head of Client Success

and

Account Manager

, playing a core role in delivering high-quality marketing output each month.

Role Overview

You will:

Take tasks and briefs from the Head of Client Success Execute them quickly, accurately, and consistently Use AI tools to speed up and improve your work Handle multiple client projects at once with confidence
This is not a strategy or client-facing role -- it's about

getting things DONE

, with quality and speed.

What You'll Be Doing (Daily & Weekly)Marketing Execution

Implement SEO optimisations (on-page, technical, content SEO) Write basic content using provided briefs + AI tools Run social media content generation using internal systems Assist with PPC tasks and campaign optimisations Create marketing assets and improvements Complete tasks quickly using AI (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) Perform UX checks, competitor analysis, keyword research Conduct audits using leading tools (e.g., SEMRush, Screaming Frog, Smimmle/similar tools) Perform website updates & basic WordPress edits

Operations Support

Turn strategic ideas into executed deliverables Use Basecamp for organised task management Maintain clear task lists, deadlines, and priorities Prepare monthly measurable outputs for each client Break down tasks into clear execution steps Follow SOPs and adopt new processes quickly

Freelancer Coordination

Assign simple execution tasks to freelancers Quality-check freelancer output before internal approval Ensure tasks are delivered on time and match required standards

What We're Looking ForRequired:

Strong marketing execution skills (SEO, PPC basics, content, UX, research) Comfortable handling

multiple client projects

simultaneously Experience using tools like

SEMRush, Screaming Frog etc

High attention to detail Ability to work fast and follow structured processes Confidence using AI tools to speed up delivery Highly organised, reliable, and accountable Ability to take feedback well and improve continuously

Bonus:

Experience in a digital marketing agency WordPress / website editing experience Experience coordinating freelancers Familiarity with KPI-based delivery or EOS systems
