We are a high-end residential design and build contractor delivering new builds, renovations and extensions across Norfolk. We are known for craftsmanship, transparency and long-term client relationships. We also support our community through Building Norfolk, our newly transitioning charity.
The role  
We are looking for a hands-on digital marketer who can plan and deliver campaigns that generate qualified enquiries, showcase our projects, and strengthen our brand with homeowners, architects and partners. You will own the digital plan from strategy to execution and reporting, working closely with directors, project managers and our photography and videography partners.
Key responsibilities
Create and own a quarterly digital marketing plan and content calendar aligned to business goals and target audiences.
Manage the website day to day (CMS updates, landing pages, case studies, blogs) and drive SEO performance including technical, on-page and local SEO.
Plan and run paid campaigns across Google Ads and paid social, including budgets, targeting, creative and optimisation.
Produce and commission content that tells the story of our work: project write-ups, before and afters, site updates, short videos, reels and client testimonials.
Manage social channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) including community management and growth.
Build and send email newsletters and nurture journeys to clients, prospects and partners.
Set up accurate tracking and analytics (GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console) and report monthly on KPIs and ROI.
Support PR and award entries, coordinate with local media and partners to amplify coverage.
Capture and share key moments such as project photo shoots and community initiatives including Building Norfolk events and our charity walk.
Manage collateral and brand consistency across all touchpoints including signage, brochures and proposal templates.
Support reputation management: reviews, case studies, references and press quotes.
Ensure GDPR-compliant data capture, cookie consent and email practices.
Work with site and project managers to collate handover information and create a memorable, branded client presentation pack (digital and printed) including care and maintenance guides, warranties, product schedules, as-built drawings and key contacts; manage the end-to-end handover content process and gather client feedback.

Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud for light design and asset creation
Project and asset management tools for content planning and approvals
What good looks like in the first 3 to 6 months
Content calendar live and delivering weekly outputs across web, social and email.
8 to 12 new case studies and galleries published with professional photography.
GA4, Tag Manager and lead tracking fully implemented with clear dashboards.
Paid search and paid social campaigns launched with measurable cost per enquiry.
Organic and referral traffic trending upward and local SEO foundations improved.
Building Norfolk campaign activity promoted with clear calls to action and donation tracking.
Handover presentation pack template created, approved and used on at least two project completions, with positive client feedback.
Experience and skills
3+ years in digital marketing with a track record of running end-to-end campaigns.
Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with a portfolio of content and ads.
Practical experience across SEO, PPC, paid social and email marketing.
Confident with data and dashboards, able to turn insights into actions.
Basic graphic design and short-form video editing skills.
Advantageous: experience in construction, architecture, property or luxury brands; understanding of high-end homeowner audiences and the architect community.
Clean UK driving licence is helpful for site visits and shoots.
Personal qualities
Self-starter who is comfortable owning plans and delivering to deadlines.
Collaborative and able to build strong relationships with internal teams, clients and partners.
Detail-driven with a high bar for brand and presentation quality.
Creative, resourceful and comfortable switching between strategy and doing.
