You will play a key role in spearheading our growth, deploying marketing strategies to acquire customers through all digital channels. You will be the subject matter expert for the business able to influence our partners, digital agencies and lead generation channels ensuring our acquisition, retention and x-sell activities are successful.

Responsibilities:



As our digital Marketing Manager you will create, implement, and oversee LGC's digital marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads and sales. This will involve planning and managing online campaigns across multiple channels including social media, search engine, and email, analysing performance using web analytics tools, and reporting on results to leadership. This requires managing budgets, overseeing content creation, collaborating with external marketing teams, and staying current with digital trends and technologies.

Working closely with our retained digital agency to:

Develop effective paid search strategies Launch and optimise various PPC campaigns Oversee accounts on search platforms Review and enhance keyword selection and audience targeting Track KPIs to assess performance and pinpoint issues Produce reports for management (e.g. dashboards) Develop SEO strategies Expand our social media presence and reach Managing budget and ROI

Leading our new internal marketing efforts:

Develop new campaigns across multiple channels Leverage Data to develop x-sell, mgm, acquisition and retention campaigns Website & Conversion Rate Optimisation. Increase traffic Maximise digital journeys Creating engaging content for all digital channels Optimise email nurture programmes and lead scoring Own Lead generation and conversion into Sales Teams

Skills and Experience:



Proven experience in digital marketing, within a Financial Services environment. Strong understanding of SEO, paid media, social media, and marketing automation techniques. Experience in managing and supporting demand generation campaigns across multiple digital channels. Experience of running in house database led campaigns through CRM Proficiency in Google Analytics / adwords A data-driven mindset complemented by strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience owning marketing budget and ROI Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate effectively. Marketing qualification preferable
