Digital Marketing Manager - DACH - Native German Speaker
Location: Remote (UK or Germany)
Type of role- 12 Months contract with potential extension
Payrate - 267 - 350 per day Inside IR35
About the Role
We are partnering with a high-growth, enterprise B2B SaaS organisation that is expanding its digital demand generation capability across the DACH region. They are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager who is passionate about data, growth, and revenue-driven marketing.
This is an opportunity to take full ownership of paid channels, run experiments at scale, and shape pipeline generation for one of the most innovative SaaS businesses in the market.
What You'll Do

• Lead strategy and execution for all paid channels (LinkedIn Ads, Google PPC, Display, Retargeting)
• Build & optimise full-funnel acquisition ? retention journeys
• Analyse and optimise paid landing pages; execute CRO strategies
• Run experiments, validate hypotheses, and improve channel performance
• Report on weekly performance & optimise based on data
• Create compelling German-language content for campaigns
• Collaborate closely with Demand Gen, Regional Marketing, Customer Marketing & Product Marketing
• Drive revenue and pipeline - not just MQLs
• Provide recommendations for new campaigns, audiences, creatives, and platforms

What You Bring

• Native / near-native German (written + spoken)
• 5+ years' experience in Enterprise/Global B2B digital marketing
• 3+ years' SaaS or subscription-based B2B experience
• Strong demand generation mindset (pipeline + revenue first)
• Deep expertise in paid channels (LinkedIn Ads, Google, retargeting)
• Strong analytical and data-driven approach to performance marketing
• Experience with complex funnels, multi-touch attribution, ABM, long sales cycles
• Background in multi-solution B2B SaaS companies-ideal: Cognism, Dreamdata, HockeyStack-style environments
