Role Overview
We're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join Lily at an exciting phase of growth. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, organised and performance-focused, with strong experience delivering digital campaigns and content that drive visibility, engagement and lead generation.
You will play a pivotal role in working alongside a contract marketing specialist and a digital agency on a Lily's new website. Beyond the redevelopment phase, you'll he instrumental in managing, maintaining and optimising the website to ensure it continues to perform, generate leads and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Website Development, Management & Optimisation
Support the redevelopment and refresh of Lily's company website in collaboration with a contract marketing specialist and digital agency.
Help shape the structure, messaging and content improvements to align with Lily's brand and services.
Manage ongoing website updates including copy changes, new service/product content, and optimisation for conversions.
Take ownership of website performance going forward, ensuring it remains accurate, engaging, up to date and commercially effective.
Campaign Development & Execution
Plan, develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to support awareness and lead generation.
Manage digital campaign timelines, workflows and delivery across multiple channels
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align marketing activity with commercial goals.
Paid Advertising (Google Ads + Paid Social)
Create, manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Remarketing if applicable).
Create and manage paid social media advertising campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and others.
Monitor budget spend, track results, run testing and optimise creative/audiences to drive performance.
Ensure clear campaign tracking and reporting on lead generation outcome.
HubSpot Implementation & HubSpot Management
Support or lead the implementation and ongoing management of HubSpot
Build and optimise HubSpot assets including:
Email campaigns.
Landing pages and forms.
Workflows / automations.
Lists and segmentation.
Ensure marketing activity is tracked clearly and supports lead generation reporting.
Email Marketing
Plan and deliver email marketing campaigns including promotions, lead nurture journeys and follow-up sequences.
Build, schedule and optimise email performance (opens, clicks, conversions).
Maintain consistency of messaging and tone across campaign.
Social Media & Content Creation
Create exciting and compelling content across Lily's digital channels, including social platforms.
Create content for social media including:
Graphic design and written captions.
Photography and videography.
Customer testimonials and case studies.
Perform hashtag and keyword research to follow trends and increase visibility.
Actively engage on social media to increase the Lily brand presence and reach.
Support internal teams with LinkedIn activity to increase lead generation.
SEO & Copywriting
Create blog content, ensuring it takes into account SEO keywords and best practice.
Update website copy for new products and services.
Support ongoing content improvements that increase visibility and engagement.
Content for Events & Internal Collaboration
Attend events and capture content for marketing use.
Work with internal teams to produce internal company content.
Produce company presentations.
Provide creative content suggestions during brainstorming sessions.
Reporting
Assist in producing monthly reports to demonstrate performance of marketing campaigns.
Track and report on key digital metrics including campaign performance, website performance, paid ads, email and social engagement.
Skills & Experience Required
Proven experience in a Digital Marketing Manager (or similar) role.
Strong ability to create compelling digital content and campaign messaging.
Experience with HubSpot implementation and ongoing HubSpot management.
Experience developing and delivering digital campaigns end-to-end.
Strong understanding and hands-on experience with:
Google Ads
Paid social advertising (LinkedIn Ads / Meta Ads etc.)
Strong experience in email marketing and marketing automation.
Confident with content creation tools including:
Canva
Adobe tools (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, InDesign) or other design software
Excellent copywriting and creative skills.
Experience working across different social media platforms.
Basic knowledge and understanding of producing video content.
High attention to detail and quality control.
Strong project management ability and confidence managing multiple deadlines.
