Panoramix is a modern, specialist intellectual property law firm with practice rights in the UK, Europe, and US. We service clients globally ranging from SMEs to multinational corporations. Currently, we are a team of 11 people, with ambitious growth plans.

Our primary function is focused around drafting and filing patent and trade mark applications, preparing and negotiating contracts, dispute resolution, and strategy-based intellectual property management.

Position Overview



We're seeking a

Marketing Manager

to join our dynamic team. This role combines website management, social media strategy, and content creation to support our marketing objectives and engage our B2B audience effectively. You'll work across departments to ensure cohesive messaging, engaging content, and optimized digital presence.

The role will also support other companies within our group.

Key Responsibilities



Website Management:

Update and maintain website content through WordPress, ensuring a user-friendly experience and optimal performance.

Social Media Strategy & Execution:

Develop, schedule, and publish social media posts across channels, engaging our audience with relevant and timely content.

Content Creation & Curation:

Create compelling content for web pages, blogs, and social media. Collaborate with internal teams to gather insights and produce case studies and success stories.

Email Marketing & Campaign Support:

Assist with email marketing campaigns, manage subscriber lists, and analyze campaign performance to inform future strategies.

SEO & Analytics:

Perform SEO analysis to improve website visibility and organic traffic; track and report on metrics using Google Analytics and Excel.

CRM & Data Management:

Regularly update CRM with marketing data, assist with lead generation efforts, and produce reports on email and social campaign success.

Project Coordination:

Support cross-functional teams on marketing projects, ensuring timely execution and consistency across channels.

Internal Collaboration:

Work closely with sales, product, and design teams to align marketing initiatives with company goals and maintain a cohesive brand message.

Qualifications



Digital Marketing Experience:

At least 5 years in a marketing, digital content, or social media role, preferably within a B2B environment.

Content Management Skills:

Proficient in WordPress or similar CMS platforms.

Strong Writing Skills:

Ability to craft clear, engaging, and persuasive content for various digital channels.

Analytical Ability:

Comfortable with data analysis, especially in assessing the effectiveness of campaigns; proficient in Excel for data tracking and reporting.

Organizational Skills:

Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Team Collaboration:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively within a cross-functional team.
