We're looking for an experienced and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online strategy and elevate our brand presence across multiple digital channels. Based in Liverpool, you'll oversee campaigns from planning to execution, ensuring our digital content, paid media, and brand messaging deliver results that align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will:
Develop and manage multi-channel digital marketing strategies, including paid search, paid social, SEO, email marketing, and content marketing
Plan and execute campaign calendars, ensuring all digital activity aligns with brand and commercial objectives
Oversee website performance, user experience improvements, and content updates
Monitor and analyse campaign metrics, preparing weekly and monthly performance reports
Manage budgets for digital advertising and allocate spending effectively
Lead and optimise SEO initiatives, including content strategy, keyword research, and on-page improvements
Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, and internal creative teams
Develop targeted email campaigns and automated workflows to support customer retention
Identify new opportunities for audience growth, engagement, and brand visibility
Ensure all digital assets follow brand guidelines and industry best practices
Stay current on digital trends, algorithm changes, and emerging tools to keep the brand competitive
What We're Looking For
You'll be a strong candidate if you have:
3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or a similar role
Proven experience managing paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or similar)
Strong understanding of SEO principles, analytics, and reporting tools
Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and CMS platforms
Experience planning and delivering content for social media and email marketing
Strong copywriting, communication, and project management skills
Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and present insights clearly
A proactive, organised approach with the ability to prioritise multiple projects
A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience
Bonus points:
Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.)
Basic design or video editing skills
Experience managing or mentoring junior marketing staff
