Role Overview

We are looking for a commercially minded

Digital Marketing Manager

to take full ownership of our digital presence and lead generation strategy.

This is a hands-on role responsible for all aspects of digital marketing -- from website performance and paid acquisition through to content, conversion optimisation, and ensuring our brand is discoverable across AI-driven search and recommendation platforms.

You will work closely with senior leadership to translate business growth objectives into measurable digital outcomes.

Key ResponsibilitiesWebsite Ownership & Optimisation

Own and manage the company website as a core revenue-generating asset Optimise user journeys, messaging, conversion paths, and page performance Improve site speed, accessibility, SEO, and mobile experience Implement landing pages and CRO improvements to maximise lead conversion
Lead Generation & Performance Marketing

Design, execute, and optimise lead generation campaigns across: PPC (Google Ads, Bing, Meta where relevant) Paid social Landing pages and forms Own the full funnel from click ? lead ? qualified opportunity Work with CRM tools to ensure accurate lead tracking, attribution, and reporting Continuously test and refine messaging, audiences, and creative
PPC & Paid Media Management

Plan, build, and manage PPC campaigns with clear ROI targets Control budgets, bids, keywords, and ad copy Monitor performance daily and optimise based on data Ensure paid activity aligns with wider brand and commercial goals
Content & Blogging Strategy

Develop and maintain a consistent blog and content strategy Create content that supports: Organic search growth Authority and trust building Lead capture and nurture Brief, write, or oversee content creation as required Repurpose content across multiple digital channels
AI Search & Discovery Optimisation

Optimise content and website structure for AI-powered search and discovery, including: Generative AI search results Conversational and voice-based queries Knowledge graph and entity-based search Structure content to improve visibility in: AI assistants Answer engines Recommendation systems Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI-driven discovery and search behaviour
Analytics, Reporting & Insight

Own digital marketing reporting and performance dashboards Track KPIs including: Cost per lead Conversion rates Traffic quality Channel ROI Use insights to inform decision-making and strategy changes Clearly communicate results, learnings, and recommendations to leadership
Skills & ExperienceEssential

Proven experience in a digital marketing role with end-to-end ownership Strong hands-on experience with: Website optimisation Lead generation PPC platforms Solid understanding of SEO and content performance Commercial mindset with a clear focus on ROI and growth Confident working independently and owning outcomes
Desirable

Experience optimising content for AI search and generative discovery Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms Experience in subscription, telecoms, utilities, or other high-consideration services Understanding of conversion rate optimisation (CRO) and experimentation
Personal Attributes

Highly organised and self-motivated Comfortable taking full responsibility rather than working to rigid briefs Curious about new technology and AI developments Data-driven, with a creative approach to problem-solving Confident challenging assumptions and proposing improvements

Pay: 35,000.00-45,000.00 per year
