The Role
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to drive digital performance across paid search, social media, email marketing, website content, and SEO. You'll work with agencies and internal teams to optimise campaigns, deliver measurable results, and maintain a consistent brand presence across all digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
Manage paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Meta) and optimise for lead generation.
Lead email marketing campaigns and CRM migrations (MailChimp).
Plan and execute organic and paid social media content.
Support website launch and ongoing SEO optimisation.
Track performance metrics and report insights to senior marketing leadership.
Collaborate with agencies and internal stakeholders on campaigns and digital initiatives.
Skills & Experience
Proven digital marketing experience, including email, SEO, content, and social media.
Hands-on with MailChimp, WordPress, and analytics tools.
Strong copywriting, organisational skills, and data-driven mindset.
Experience managing agencies or marketing automation is desirable.
