Job Description

We are excited to be recruiting for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team based in our HQ in Chapel Place, London. We are looking for someone to plan, create, manage, and optimise digital marketing campaigns and content across the company's website, social media channels, and digital advertising platforms (including search and social), driving brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

The Digital Marketing team is central to Carter Jonas's growth ambitions, playing a key role in raising awareness of our full-service property offering across Residential, Commercial, P&D, Rural, and Infrastructure. By delivering impactful, data-driven campaigns, the team supports client-facing colleagues in reaching and engaging their audiences more effectively, helping to drive business development and profitability. Digital marketing is seen across the firm as a core enabler of Carter Jonas's Vision 2030 strategy.

This role will suit someone stepping up into a managerial position or an experienced manager seeking to make a greater impact within a collaborative, forward-thinking property consultancy. While experience in property or real estate is beneficial, we welcome applications from all sectors.

Main tasks:

Key Project Ownership -

Coordinate the execution of digital marketing initiatives. The Digital Marketing Manager will support the running and development of projects

Website and SEO -

Support the maintenance and content updates of the Carter Jonas website. Supporting the Head of Marketing Operations and the Digital Product Manager on planning and rolling out new features

Reporting -

Lead on campaign and channel performance reporting, translating data into actionable insights. Work with our digital media agency to develop paid campaign dashboards and manage internal reporting for organic activity.

Collaborate -

Work within the wider MCBD team (Marketing, Communications, and Business Development), supporting the divisional and PR marketing plans, to suggest ways to best target and execute messages or campaigns.

Paid search / Paid social -

Oversee the planning, execution, and optimisation of PPC (Search, Display, and Social) campaigns. Liaise regularly with our paid media agency to refine targeting and performance

Social Media -

Lead on Carter Jonas's social media presence, ensuring brand consistency and proactive community engagement across all channels.

Microsites and landing pages -

Work with the Head of Marketing Operations to help build, maintain and review the firms microsite and optimised landing pages for paid campaigns.

Agency management -

Help manage and liaise with the firm's digital marketing suppliers and agencies. Including annual supplier reviews and contract renewals.

What will it take to be successful?



We're looking for a digital marketing professional with strong experience in roles where digital channels are central to day-to-day activity. You will be confident using social media management tools like Buffer, SEO platforms such as Semrush, and have a working knowledge of CMS and content experience platforms including Contentful, Sitecore, or Ceros. You will have hands-on experience building campaigns and audiences across LinkedIn, Meta, and Google Ads, and be familiar with automation tools like Zapier. Competency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and a solid understanding of SEO, SEM/PPC practices are essential. Basic knowledge of HTML is also desirable.
